Mr. Lucas assisted me with my visitation case for me to be able to have the right to spend time and get to know my 5 year old daughter. I live out of State and was new to the laws and rules of the Smithfield NC court system. Mr Lucas was a complete professional and hanlded my case with empathy and care. Mr. Lucas was upfront with all associated costs and was also very precise with what to expect. Mr. Lucas has provided great customer service. He will take your money and kick you the the gutter hebleft me high and dry when it came to my 5 year son and then try to call me a lie lost my money and my son so don't waste you money on someone that will not help you go for the good lawyers

The first reviewer is absolutely right. Do not waste your time and especially your money with this guy. His follow up is nonexistent and from everything I was told, everything takes a backseat to his personal life. In short, your legal issues are your problems, not his. I called and emailed this guy countless times to no avail. The last attempt I was able to get his secretary, (about the 5th time!) and she promised he would return my call, nothing.
This man is truthful, honest and I trust my son's lives in his hands because he brought them back home to me...to a safe home where they are taken care of and loved and raised properly. Leon took a case where my x had 8 years of continuity and brought them home to me. I have the utmost respect for him and his office personnel.

This man took my case, showed me respect, gave me my dignity back and worked dogmatically at getting my kids back.
