Our family was stranded when the alternator went out on our SUV. We pushed our vehicle into the Quality Inn parking lot at 2 am, needing a place for ourselves, 2 kids, and our dog. They were very friendly at check-in and completely understanding of the situation, including the need to leave the SUV under the drive up shelter (which was as far as we could push it at that time). Our room was very clean and made for a great nights sleep. The staff allowed us to check out a little later than normal so that we were able to get a good sleep and shower before tackling the job of getting the SUV fixed. They allowed us a place to fix our vehicle as well as helping us push it out of the way so we could work on it. Management offered the use of tools or anything else we might need. It was a very hot day but they made sure we had an air conditioned place to hang out while waiting for our car part to come in and even gave us cold water too. We can not express how thankful we are for all of the helpful staff and management during this stressful time. Michaela was the best! She is very sweet and made us feel welcome while we were waiting for everything to come in and get fixed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be happy to stay here again, hopefully without a broken down vehicle next time. 5 stars all the way!!!

Excellent deal. Very happy with my entire experience there as a solo traveler. Felt safe, comfortable and happy to have found such a nice place to stay after driving 15 hours! Plan to stay there again on my way back...

Descent room for the price. Great pit stop on the way to florida. Around good local restaurants.

My sister woke us up around 3 am. What did we find in the bed? Bed bugs. 4 of them and one on the pillow I was sleeping on. We put them in a cup and put toilet paper over them to show them. Then I went to the bathroom and they were 3 crawling all over the wall and then I went again and there were some baby bed bugs. Why they were on the wall of the bathroom I don't know. All I know is it was very very gross. I took pictures of them. Then my family members in other rooms have had the same experience. They even had some spiders on the toilet paper. They are lucky they looked first. The lights flicker if you touch the cord even a little bit. The towels that looked dirty. Also, we went to get our room and they didn't have our room ready till 4 ish. There are different check in times also.

It was a place where you could get a good nites rest and clean and comfortable, What more can you ask for?
