The old house had old and not to code plumbing, and it all needed to be fixed. It was a lot of work, and a long project, but Joe and his team made it as painless as possible. Holes in the drywall to redo piping, new vents, new pipes, extended gas lines, work in the crawlspace - they've seen every nook and cranny of my place. :)
- They stayed late on several occasions to finish up segments of the project. Lots of tradespeople have a reputation for coming late and leaving early. I was impressed with how hard everyone worked.

- When first installing my gas range, the unit stuck out about an inch from the wall, hardly noticeable. Joe wasn't satisfied and rejiggered things to make it flush. Really focused on quality! I never had a feeling that the work I was getting was "good enough."
Communication with Brandy is very delayed. My wife made the mistake of paying them before the work was completed. Brandi did contact us after we contacted PayPal to retract payment. It appeared she was able to make everything which I greatly appreciated. However, I left out of state after their lastest visit And I come home to a faucet that leaks from the hot handle. Ugh...I'll add updates in a few days.
