We have bought 3 cars from kenly ford and we used to be impressed with the service but the past two oil changes have taken an hour and a half. Also, we bought a used flex which had a broken center condole for which they wanted to charge $300 + for repair??
I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion Energi in Dec 2017. After shopping online for a few weeks and trying multiple dealers in the RDU to Fayetteville area, Kenly Ford had the most competitive price. The negotiation was fair and open, unlike a few other dealers I spoke with. Additionally, I had some user error in setting my iPhone bluetooth link, and establishing some software, but I called back to my salesperson, Joe Husick, who helped me out over the phone. It was refreshing to have good customer service after the sale. All in all, one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I had.
