The employees will go out of there way to make things very hard for you. They also take very shady pictures of the cars compared to all other auctions.
Love Manheim great place to work the staff is awesome and very professional.
Go to Adesa down the street, they have at least a couple employees who care about there job. The money and time you will lose sorting out your messed up paperwork is not worth going to Manhiem NC.
This is hands down the worst auction to go to within the US.

I will never buy any cars from this location neither recommend it to any other dealers anymore. If you need help with something as far as documents, it takes forever for them to take care of it. I am still waiting for a duplicate title after more than 7 months.
Someone stole the tuner out of my 2007 silverado that was there for auction. I wont give the auction a bad rating because it's not their fault , but I'd just like to know who did it and let you know that you're the reason that humans can't trust each other. It's also useless to steal that tuner when you didn't delete the current tune on truck. Good job
